What are Marlena Oil shipping rates?

Delivery within Australia is Free.

New Zealand delivery is free with a purchase of $50 or more or less than $50 it is $11.50.

Rest of the world $19.95


When can I expect to receive my order?

When the order is being delivered to an Australian address we endeavour to get your order to you via Australian Post in 1-3 working days.

To a New Zealand address via Australia Post we endeavour to get your order to you within 5-7 working days, but the Australian Post can take up to 10 or 14 days if it is the holiday season, from the date the order was placed by you.

Excluding public holidays.


Do I need to sign for the delivery of my product?

You will not be required to sign for your delivery.
All parcels are are tracked.

Can I send an order to another country?

To place an order to be delivered to another country, please write in the name and address details of the recipient in the alternate address area during the online ordering process.


Is there a limit to amount of items I can order?

Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased in the Marlena Oil web site can be returned for refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with the online receipt pertaining to the original point of purchase.

If you make a mistake with the product you have purchased online, then we will happily exchange your item for the preferred or intended item of purchase. The item being returned must be in the original unopened and in saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and any and all additional postage charges.

All items must be return unopened and in their original saleable condition to be eligible for exchange.

Stores that are stockists of Marlena Oil products have their own specific terms of trade referring to exchanges and returns. We work with our stockists to the fullest extent, to fulfill our responsibilities.


What should I do if my order has been damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Marlena Oil will provide a full refund or exchange shipped free of charge. Please email us immediately at
